Chadwick P. McGrady | Personal Injury Trial Attorney and FounderChadwick McGrady is a Grand Junction personal injury trial attorney who has spent nearly 25 years fighting for injured individuals and families across Western Colorado. He earned his J.D. cum laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Hampden-Sydney College, and has been licensed in Colorado since 2003. After law school, Chadwick McGrady accepted a law clerk position with Superior Court Judge Robert I. Wood in Fairbanks, Alaska.
As a personal injury survivor himself, McGrady brings a dimension to client representation that goes beyond legal skill. He has experienced the confusion, the frustration, and the vulnerability that come with being injured and facing a system stacked against you. That experience drives his commitment to clear communication, personal involvement in every case, and a refusal to let clients be pushed into settlements that do not reflect the full value of their losses.
